Designed for girls fresh out of cosmetology school or early in their career, this 18-month program
blends hands-on education, real salon experience, business mentorship, and personal development
inside a high-energy, collaborative environment.
What’s Included
Phase One: Foundation + Growth (First 6 Months)
Full access to The La Collective space plus weekly education every Monday. We focus on mastering
hair services, hair extensions, consultations, client experience, social media, branding, marketing,
and building confidence behind the chair.
Phase Two: Independence + Momentum (Second 6 Months)
Choose your working schedule at a discounted rate while continuing weekly check-ins, mentorship,
and accountability. This phase is about building consistency, growing clientele, increasing income,
and stepping into independence with support still behind you.
Phase Three: Boss Transition (Final 6 Months)
Transition into standard chair rental as your clientele grows and your business becomes established.
You’ll leave the program with real experience, confidence, systems, and a brand you’ve built
yourself.
